OUR CULTURE & VALUES
impact
We make a positive impact in everything we do. With our science, our partnerships, our standing in the industry and our communities, and how we treat each other. We are not content with good intentions. We deliver results.
collaboration
We recognize that solving the global emissions problem is a huge effort that requires teamwork among all partners, customers, communities and stakeholders. We succeed together, not alone.
accountability
We embrace decision-making with accountability. We are forthright and honest and we understand that our actions speak louder than our words. We don't take shortcuts in safety or performance. We keep our commitments and put the priorities of the company above our own and empower others to do the same.
grit
We always find a way to rescue solutions from the jaws of problems. We go the extra mile to battle through adversity and over-deliver against expectations for our customers, our partners and each other.
